# INTRODUCTION TO 'MUCH STOS GIGAZINE' #
# #
######################################################################
Hello there! Welcome to my first disk-based magazine featuring STOS
articles, source, hints and tips, and one or two items of rubbish which
might be readable.
I decided to create this magazine because I wanted something to write,
and so what else could be more interesting than loads of stuff about
STOS? (well, there's...and so on and so forth)
You may have figured out how to use the main menu. Simply use the
cursor keys up/down and the space bar to select a subject. Then, using
the same method, you can select a document to read from the various
sub-menus. I have put a sufficient number of functions in my document-
reading routine (press HELP to see them) which I hope will be enough to
help guide you through the various articles (unfortunately, I do not
have a printer, and don't want to risk damaging someone else's printer,
[!] so there aren't any printing functions, sorry - look I said I'm
sorry!)
There is a small options sub-menu, where you can change music, watch a
pretty boring demo, or read any document. You can also use the escape
key to return to the main menu from a sub-menu, or 'Q' to quit.
Most of the source code on this disk requires the 'Misty' extension
which everyone must have by now (and if not, why not?) and one or two
require the 'Missing Link' extension (which is reviewed here).
Thanks go to MAD MAX for the digidrum music.
All I can say is I hope you find at least something here interesting
and helpful, and if you don't, well, it's only the price of a PD disk.
